Asthma Free World organises seminars and courses in the East Anglia area.

The seminar consists of an introductory talk explaining how the asthma symptoms affect the body, the function of preventer and reliever medications and includes some basic breathing exercises.

After attending the seminar, if you decide that the Buteyko Method may benefit your condition, you are welcome to register for the course. It is possible to attend a seminar and then not immediately attend a course, or attend a course at an alternative location if this suits you better.
